Bryan is a second-year PPE student and has been a member of OSG since Michaelmas 2017. During his time in OSG, Bryan has worked extensively on corporate strategy, marketing and M&A with clients ranging from a FTSE 100 bank to a UK-based intelligent mobility start-up. As Managing Director, Bryan looks forward to further enhancing OSG’s strong ethos of professionalism and excellence whilst simultaneously building a more vibrant OSG community.
Beyond his OSG commitments, Bryan interned with a Singapore-based fintech start-up in 2017, with Singapore’s Ministry of Defence in 2018, and will be interning with Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry later in 2019. He sits on the Oxford Union’s Debate Selections Committee, and is an avid member of the Oxford Magic Society.
LEE CHIN WEE
Brand Strategy Director
Chin Wee is a second-year PPE undergraduate. Having joined OSG in Hilary 2018, he helped strengthen a blue-chip FMCG’s sustainability strategy across its Home Care product line. In his previous role as Client Acquisition Director, Chin Wee worked to scope and secure projects for consultants. As Brand Strategy Director, he is leading a comprehensive review of OSG’s digital and on-campus presence.
Chin Wee has interned at a hedge fund in Singapore and will be a Global Capital Markets intern at JP Morgan this summer. He is the Chairperson of the Oxford Union’s Debate Selections Committee and is an avid debater. He was a semi-finalist at the World Universities Debating Championships held in Mexico.
Niles is a third-year PPE undergraduate. After joining OSG in Trinity 2018, he helped develop an investment thesis for a smart city investment firm and assessed the viability of entering the European market for an Indian fintech startup. As Operations Director, he organizes the society's logistics and recruitment.
Niles has interned at a TMT-focused investment bank and a TMT-focused consultancy, which he will be returning to full-time after graduation. He co-founded Campus Capital Oxford, an on-campus student-led venture capital fund, and has a passion for startups and finance. He was part of the team that won the 2019 EY AI Impact Weekenend Hackathon at the Oxford Foundry.
Client Engagement Director
Joss is a second-year History undergraduate and was raised in both Newcastle and the UAE. Since joining OSG in his first year, he has consulted for a local intelligent mobility startup as well as a blue-chip FMCG client before leading the follow-on strategy study for a well-known sports club M&A deal.
In his current role as Client Engagement Director, Joss is excited to be working with Jefferson on arranging this term’s projects. Outside of OSG, Joss is Magdalen’s JCR President for 2019 and enjoys playing football and hockey when he isn’t working his way through a reading list in one of Oxford's many libraries.
Rachel is a second-year PPE student and has been a member of OSG since Trinity 2017. She previously consulted for an intelligent mobility startup before leading a market-entry strategy project for a business incubator unit of a private real estate firm that specialised in fashion and technology.
As the Development Director this term, Rachel is hoping to use her enthusiasm and creativity to continue to enhance the community-driven ethos of OSG, engaging existing consultants as well as OSG alumni to create a strong network of both friends and professionals. Outside of OSG, Rachel enjoys writing music and playing sports. She is this year’s Oxford University Women’s Badminton 1st Team Captain.
Fritz is a first-year Economics and Management undergraduate at Hertford College, from Finland. He joined OSG in Michaelmas 2018, and has worked on marketing strategy for both a digital bank and a multinational ride-hailing startup.
As Associate Director, Fritz hopes to ensure that OSG is able to recruit, train, and retain the best consultants. Outside of OSG, Fritz enjoys sports such as rowing, gym, and running.
Associate Director (Client Engagement)
Jefferson is a second year chemistry undergraduate who was raised both in China and Canada. He has worked with a blue-chip FMCG company to develop a sustainability strategy and a public sector accelerator on an impact measurement project. Most recently, Jefferson has led a project improving reader engagement for a media non-profit.
As Associate Client Engagement Director, he is working with Joss to curate future projects for OSG. Beyond OSG, he practices recreational martial arts and is an avid backpacker who enjoys learning new languages.
Associate Director (Community)
Joori is a second-year English student at Christ Church. She joined OSG in Hilary 2019, and worked on developing marketing and messaging strategies for a multinational ride-hailing start-up. In her current role as Associate Director, Joori hopes to develop OSG’s unparalleled community of genuine, passionate and dynamic people, maintain OSG’s strong relationship with alumni, and create a lively term card of events to strengthen the mantra: ‘Once an OSGer, always an OSGer’.
Outside of OSG, Joori has spent time at Yale University conducting research into ‘The Sustainable Preservation of Cultural Heritage’, and incorporated her insights when writing for the culture section of ‘Right for Education’. She enjoys rowing, recently competing in Torpids as a member of Christ Church’s W1 boat, and loves a recreational run around her college meadows!
