OSG's biggest strength is its consultants; we select the best strategic thinkers from among the most talented students in the world. Across Oxford, our consultants represent every college and come from a wide array of backgrounds; we value Physics DPhils as much as Management undergraduates. Our consultants and alumni have experience across sectors and functions, and bring their skills to work at OSG.
