OSG's biggest strength is its consultants; we select the best strategic thinkers from among the most talented students in the world. Across Oxford, our consultants represent every college and come from a wide array of backgrounds; we value Physics DPhils as much as Management undergraduates. Our consultants and alumni have experience across sectors and functions, and bring their skills to work at OSG.
Antonia is a second year student reading Experimental Psychology. Having been a part of OSG since starting at Oxford and serving as its Development Director for two terms, her sense of belonging and identity grew along with OSG's. Taking charge of the vision and direction for OSG, she is excited to lead her team to accomplish greater goals and to reach new heights for both their clients and consultants. Antonia is also an incoming IBD analyst at Morgan Stanley. In her free time, she dedicates her time towards Project Access Hong Kong, a social enterprise that aims to fight education inequality by widening access to Oxbridge in Hong Kong.
Khalil is a second year PPE student from Canada. Since joining OSG, he has consistently been impressed by the quality of client work delivered, and is excited to bring our results-driven approach to more corporations, institutions, and startups. Outside of OSG, he runs the Canadian arm of a non-profit startup and spends as much free time as possible in the outdoors.
Assistant Development Director
Kean is a second-year PPE student who has been at OSG since Hillary 2017, having previously been both a consultant and a project leader. As Assistant Development Director, he is looking forward to reaching out to clients both new and old in order to source for exciting new projects for consultants to tackle. Outside of OSG, he is the President-Elect of the International Relations Society and plays baseball for the Oxford team. In his free time, he participates in a range of sports and enjoys reading.
Neil is a second year Economics and Management student and has been with OSG for over a year as a consultant, project leader and Internal Director. As External Director, he is eager to take charge of OSG's brand. He aims to build lasting partnerships inside and outside the University to develop OSG's network. Outside OSG, Neil is involved in a number of activities, having led an NCS Social Action Project in the past and now being a leading figure at his college as Treasurer of the undergraduate body. In his free time, he participates in college sports and works on hobbies such as basic programming and video editing.
Gerald tien pan LOo
Gerald is a second year Economics & Management undergraduate from Singapore. Having joined OSG in Hilary term 2017, he was most recently project leader for OSG’s engagement with a Dutch online social platform. As Internal Director, he is responsible for delivering OSG’s termly recruitment strategy and overseeing day-to-day processes from logistics to communications. Outside OSG, Gerald is active in a number of other student societies including the Oxford Microfinance Initiative and his college undergraduate body, on which he serves as Secretary. He interned most recently with a boutique M&A advisory firm in London and will be returning to Credit Suisse as an intern this summer.
Director of OSG Academy
Shurvin is a second year Economics and Management student and has been a member of OSG since Michaelmas term 2016. After leading a project in Trinity term, Shurvin is excited to engage new consultancy partners to further the professional development of OSG’s consultants. Shurvin was an Inspector of the Singapore Police Force and has also interned at an international wealth management firm over summer. His other interests include playing tennis and the piano.
Assistant Director of OSG Academy
Kyrill is a second-year Economics and Management student and has been a member of OSG since Hilary term 2017. Having previously led an engagement with a Global Top 3 FMCG, he looks forward to his next big challenge at OSG—guiding the professional development of project leaders and consultants. From growing up in Ghana, teaching in Hong Kong, to interning at an investment bank in Nigeria, Kyrill’s life experiences have been remarkably global. Outside OSG, he has served on several elected bodies, including his college’s Equal Opportunities Committee and the Oxford Union’s Secretary’s Committee.
Vani is a second year undergraduate reading Mathematics and has been a member of OSG since Hilary 2017. As the Digital Director, she is excited to secure hybrid strategy-digital projects and expand OSG digital, the branch of OSG that leverages data analytics and machine learning to create long-lasting impact for its clients. Besides OSG, she has interned at a cybersecurity test lab and has been involved with the Dutch Arm of Project Access, a non-profit startup. In her free time, she enjoys reading and running.
